The lush, 83-acre campus in Bloomington, Minnesota is centrally located, easy to access, and offers everything you need for your special event.

Outpatient Services

With a team of over 100 highly trained therapists, our outpatient services will help anyone recovering from injury or illness regain strength and return to the comforts of home each day.

A doctor’s referral is necessary to participate in our programs. Major medical insurance providers are accepted including:

Occupational Therapy

The skilled occupational therapists at Minnesota Masonic Home are experts in developing a treatment plan that will increase your self-sufficiency and improve outcomes, to include services such as:

  • Daily living skills, including self-care, bathing, home management and community re-entry
  • Improved upper body function, including overall strength, range of motion, coordination and fine motor skills
  • Pain and edema management through ultra-sound, electrical stimulation, diathermy (deep heat) and Game Ready (compression and cold)
  • Development of a home exercise program
  • Home safety assessment to determine retraining and equipment needs
  • Low vision management
  • Improved continence
  • Wheelchair/scooter seating, assessment and training

Physical Therapy

Our experienced physical therapists will assess how best to build your strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility and balance, and will work with you to provide great mobility and independence in one of our state-of-the-art gyms.

Minnesota Masonic Home provides leading-edge massage therapies in a peaceful and restorative setting. Services are open to residents, staff and the general public on a private-pay basis. Discounted rates are available for residents, patients, employees and volunteers.
