Transportation

CareBreak Adult Day Program provides transportation to both CareBreak clients and North Ridge residents.

  • CareBreak is able to provide transportation to clients coming for the day within an approximate 10 mile radius. Our drivers are certified by the State and provide door to door service.
  • CareBreak provides transportation for medical appointments or other scheduled rides as needed for both CareBreak clients and North Ridge residents.
