North Ridge offers both short and longer term rehabilitative services. We have recently expanded our Transitional Care Unit to better meet the needs of those who have had a recent hospital stay for a surgery, illness or injury and are not yet able to return to their home. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation following hip or knee replacements and rehabilitation care for a variety of medical conditions.

Rehabilitative services for those needing a longer stay due to the complexities of their medical condition is also available.

We are a Medicare certified facility. We accept Medicare, Medical Assistance, most major Health insurances and Private Pay.
