In our Apartments we are able to provide a wide range of health services which can be tailored to fit the individual needs of our residents. Having home care provided in your own apartment by our trained staff is a unique feature of our Apartment living.

North Ridge Home Health is a licensed Class A Home Care Agency, and is regulated by the Minnesota Department of Health. Our on site Home Health services are available at pre-scheduled times 7 days a week. Residents requesting nursing or personal care services will be interviewed by the Apartment Registered Nurse (RN) who will develop a plan of care in conjunction our resident.
