Adult Day Care Program - Care Break in New Hope

 

Whether you're looking for a fun place to go during the week or you're a caregiver searching for a safe, home-like setting for your loved one, CareBreak may be exactly what you are looking for.

Care Break is an Adult Day Care Program that offers three levels of care at our New Hope, MN campus. Our programs are designed to provide activities based on cognitive ability and to promote positive peer interaction. This is achieved through health, social, recreational and physical programs.

Our program rooms are equipped with secure entrances which allows our range of care to serve those with little or no memory impairment, up to mid to later stage dementia.

Our full-time licensed nursing staff regularly monitors blood pressure,

Caregiver Support Group

CareBreak Adult Day Care Program has been supporting the needs of the community since 1973. We provide a Support Group for caregivers in affiliation with the Alzheimer's Association. Our support group meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 3pm. in the North Ridge Apartments Activity Room, New Hope, MN. We are able to provide respite care during the meeting, we do ask for advance notice. Everyone is welcome to attend! Please call 763-592-2666 with any questions.

Please call for rates. Assistance may be available through the Veterans Administration, Hennepin County or Long-Term Care Insurance.

Hours: CareBreak is open from 6:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, Our daily rate covers up to 8 hours.
