Minnesota Masonic Home Care Center, Bloomington offers the following levels of care.

The Transitional Care Unit (TCU) provides short term rehabilitation for patients who are discharged from the hospital, and require rehabilitation services before returning home or moving to another living environment.

Our long term care neighborhoods provide resident-centered nursing and personal care, offering a full range of skilled services. Individual care plans focus on helping residents maintain their highest possible level of independence.

The Alzheimer’s Care Center offers special programming for persons with Alzheimer’s Disease and related disorders. The 60-bed unit is divided into three 20-bed neighborhoods comprised of private and semi-private rooms. Each has its own dining room, activity room and secure courtyard. Memorabilia boxes, with objects familiar to the resident, are located outside each door to aid residents in finding their rooms.
