CareBreak offers caregiver education, presenting information about options available to a caregiver, including resource options for counseling to help deal with the stress of caregiving and respite from the responsibilities of care. The ongoing support group provides each member with the coping skills needed to continue on as a caregiver. The support group meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month and is open to the community.
