CareBreak program hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Programs Available:
Other programs available but not limited to, include: exercise,
reminisce, music, creative arts, baking, special entertainment, holiday
celebrations, field trip outings, walks, educational based programs, choir,
physical activities, movie and popcorn, current events, trivia, games and
cards.
We have a variety of specialized programs to enhance our participants'
well being through the use of:
Health Monitoring:
Participants receive blood pressure and weight checks monthly as well as
assistance with medication, Skilled nursing services are available for
an extra fee. Participants receive assistance with personal cares such
as toileting, bathing, eating and walking.
Meals and snacks:
A hot noon meal is provided as well as morning and afternoon snack.
Transportation:
We have our own buses and are able to provide transport for participants
who live within a ten mile radius of the program for an extra fee.
Optional Services are also available for a fee. These include:
- On-site Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy
- Skilled nursing services (preauthorized by Physician and CareBreak Director)
- Barber and beauty shops
- Shower, tub, and whirlpool facilities
