We know how difficult it is to make the decision to place a loved one in someone else's care. We will work closely with you and your loved one to develop a personalized plan of care in one of our suburban Minneapolis facilities. Our smaller neighborhoods and specially trained staff create a calm, supportive environment for patients with Alzheimer’s or related dementias.
